Oil-Free Reciprocating Compressors
CFP, CFD-B Series: COMG Oil-Free Reciprocating Compressors - Package (enclosure) type.
As oil-free type compressor do not use any oil at all, air is always clean.
You do not need to worry about daily oil maintenance at all and there is never oil mist in the air.
Long Life: Easy Maintenance:
- Self Lubricating unique composite resin piston features a lengthened maintenance cycle time.
- Two-way cooling increases cooling effect (2.2kW and over)
- High quality and large capacity intake filter has made maintenance easier.
- Two-stage compression system (5.5kW and over).
- All models are equipt with totally enclosed fan cooled motors which enable motor to avoid problems caused by dust or moisture.
- Anti-dust filter kit is equipped (5.5kW and over) which protects interior parts.
- Air and drainage does not contain oil due to oil-free type. Drainage treatment cost can be saved.
Composite Resin Piston
Heat resistant and thermosetting composite resin piston can stand continuous use under high temperature and has excellent wear resistance. This composite resin piston can remove previous rider ring as well as seizure or galling which has caused serious damage to compressors in the past. Pressure rings use Teflon resin which has excellent resistance and wear resistance.
